WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
As a Director, you will lead multiple Field of Play GM’s responsible for the running and evolution of our Jordan Consumer Direct Operating Model (CODE) Together, you and your team will facilitate key moments of CODE, including driving consistency in execution, continuous feedback and improvement opportunities, ensuring business objectives are delivered. You will define and connect Consumer Direct led strategies into the CODE operating model via clear multi-year roadmaps. You will partner with leaders across Nike and Jordan Operations to guide change at an appropriate pace.
As a member of the Jordan Global Operations leadership team, you will be a partner in the broader vision of transforming the value creation offense. Helping to integrate new processes and digital tools into the CODE operating model. Through this capacity, you will bring your experience and expertise to a wide range of objectives in the spaces of merchandising, development, planning, design, insights etc.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
As a Director, you will:
- Lead key moments in our Jordan Brand CODE Process, ensuring consistency and excellence in execution
- Own the roadmaps that integrate new processes, systems, and tools into Consumer Code
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels to ensure teams make decisions that build
- Partner with Operational & Capability leaders to coordinate and manage teams coming together to drive business right dialogue on the work.

You must be a self-starter, flexible thinker and outstanding communicator, as well as comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing different personalities and perspectives.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
In this role, you will not only partner closely with leaders within Global Jordan Operations, but also cross-functionally across Merchandising, Development, Planning, Design, and Insights at both the Global and Geo levels. You will also work in partnership with the Global Nike CODE team to align on process while ensuring we’re delivering on the specific needs of our Jordan consumer.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor's degree in Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education, experience and training.
- 10+ years professional experience leading transformational programs (2 years additional experience in lieu of an advanced degree)
- Experience working in a matrixed environment in a senior-level role
- Understand product/retail value chain from innovation to consumer
- Exceptional facilitation skills, including ability to gather relevant data, actively listen, and negotiate forward progress
- Excellent collaborator and ability to influence cross functionally
