IndirizzoMAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB: This role will be responsible for managing and maintaining AXA PH databases, ensuring they are secure, available, and performing optimally.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Design and implement new database systems and architectures
- Develop and maintain database standards and best practices
- Optimize database performance and resolve performance-related issues
- Monitor and maintain database security and integrity
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans and procedures
- Perform database backup and recovery operations
- Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies
Your Profile
- Graduated from a Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of experience in database design, development, and administration
- Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, Postgres or other RDBMS
- Experience with Azure cloud database services
- Experience with NoSQL a plus
- Experience with database security, backup and recovery, and performance tuning
- Experience with disaster recovery planning and procedures
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
