Future Talent Programme – technical track is a trainee programme to develop your technical skills and give you broad business knowledge in an international environment. Associate Digital Solutions Specialist
We are looking for talented and highly motivated new graduates to join our Future Talent Programme starting in September 2023 and become the next generation of engineers and leaders in our industry.
Within  PSE Automation & Solutions – Plant Automation Centre of Expertise – Line Integration Support we are now looking for a highly motivated Digital solutions Engineer.
The team Line Integration Support has an important role to ensure deployment of developed automation products and also in order to help the market companies with their deliveries to customers. The team typically develop customized solutions and gives technical support to market companies and business units when using the different automation products and solutions available in the Tetra Pak portfolio.  
You will be based in Modena, Italy. 

What you will do

• Drive and support pilot projects in order to validate new digital platform and related business applications delivered from the automation development teams
• Provide training to users worldwide and driving the automation community networks to build capabilities and secure involvement in our development efforts.
• Participate in deployment or customer project activities

We believe you have

• Finished recently or are about to finish this year your Bachelor or master’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Automation Engineering and Industrial Controls or electronic/electrical Engineering, or related engineering field.
• Basic Software knowledge on .Net framework, Microservices, event bus (Rabbit MQ), Containers (Docker), relational databases (SQL server, PostgreSQL), DevOps
• Software knowledge in automation area is a plus (PLC, HMI, Scada, Driver communication IO server, OPC DE/UA)
• You are committed to learn the relevant processes and you have interest in new digitalization technologies
• You potentially are a problem solver with a strong personal drive.
• You have strong analytical mind-set 
• You are a true finisher and have the ability to work independently
• You are a team player with outstanding communication skills.
• Experience from studies or work abroad is considered a merit.
• You are fluent in English, both written and verbal
