WHAT YOU'LL DO You will join BCG Marketing department in Milan office, playing a crucial role in reinforcing BCG's positioning and communication activity. You will be active part of the Communications & Content Team in all external communication activities, Social Media, branded contents, events organization and management, along with the required networking and editorial activities. You will oversee the digital and Social Media functions, ensuring that a rich and fruitful communication flow with the Italian stakeholders and the online and offline community in maintained. YOU'RE GOOD AT Creating and developing contents for BCG Italian Social Media channels, focusing on thought-leadership contents news and information, corporate and media coverage leveraging available communication options across all relevant media; Managing the Social Media tracking and analysis, leveraging competitive analysis and reports that identify actionable insights based on performance relative to channel specific goals. You will explore opportunities to optimize activity and processes; Dealing with BCG Social Media global team and researching about new technologies, new media trends and platforms; Ensuring alignment with the global strategy in terms of content, scope, and BCG's corporate identity standards, as well as to update and optimize the infrastructure and features of all global Social Media channels; Working with the Communications & Content team to develop and execute online Social Media campaigns for external communication, branding and advocacy; Establishing our websites and digital channels as a resource for the community we talk to; Managing advertising budgets, A/B testing ad creatives, setting up audiences, and optimizing for conversions and KPIs; Creation of graphic and video production when required (creation of banners, flyers, video, coordinated visual identity and logo according to the BCG Brand Management Tools and adhering to BCG global brand guidelines); Coordinating digital projects to deliver in-house editorial productions and different formats. YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS) University Degree in Marketing, Economics or Communication; Prior professional experience (at least 4/5 years) in similar role in an international corporate environment or in ad advertising agency; Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, in Italian and English, as well as ability to communicate/interface with people of all levels; Deep knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies, including social network advertising (Meta, LinkedIn, and more) and familiarity with ad serving, tracking, and attribution technologies (e.g. Google Analytics); Strong ability to write and build corporate narrative bringing core messages across different channels; Strong interest about news and media landscape, such as economy and business landscape; Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines, whilst completing work to a high standard; Project management skills. YOU'LL WORK WITH BCG’s marketing team drives the firm’s reputation as a thought leader.
