Digital Marketing&Communication Specialist

This position supports social media and digital activities, working closely with content managers.

The candidate, reporting to the Head of Marketing & Corporate Communication Department will be dedicated to:

• Contributing to the execution of the digital strategy to ensure the company's presence on multiple online platforms to generate qualified sales leads;
• Supporting the Corporate Communication and the regional teams to promote events, tradeshows, conferences, and exhibitions through digital communications;
• Participating to the definition of all the necessary SEO/SEM improvement activities, email campaigns, newsletters, social media, and advertising campaigns;
• Providing content creation, build new claims and messages, and select appropriate mediums for each initiative;
• Contributing to develop and execute online editorial plans;
• Measuring and report performance for all channels involved against goals, measuring KPIs and ROI of the approved initiatives.

To be successful in this role the candidate will need:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, journalism, or public relations.
• Work experience: at least 1-3 years of experience in B2B marketing and communication activities, including advertising, publishing, Digital Marketing and social media management. Previous exposure to similar markets (industrial machinery manufacturing, energies, cleantech, chemical industries) will be considered an advantage;
• Technical skills: Experience managing SEO/SEM/SEA, e-mail, social media and display advertising campaigns.
• Language skills: Excellent written and spoken English is a must (certified C2 minimum required). Other languages are a plus;
• Computer skills:
• Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Solid knowledge of the following tools: WordPress, MailUp, LinkedIn, Hubspot; in general, familiarity with web design and content management systems;
• Solid knowledge of media editing software and web analytics tools;
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe illustrator, other graphical tools is considered a plus.

• Great attention to detail with accuracy and consistency (compile, confirm and organize information)
• Strong organizational ad time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure and tight deadlines;
• Strong communication skills; proven ability and desire to interface cross-functionality.

• Adaptability to working in a very fast paced with a flexible approach;
• Enthusiastic, can-do attitude, problem solver, working autonomously and as part of a larger team;

Location: Peschiera Borromeo (MI) - Availability to travel.

Type of contract:  Open-ended contract, Full Time.
