RINA is currently recruiting for a Digital Innovation Junior Project Manager to join its office in Genoa (Italy) within the Energy Innovation Department - RINA Consulting.
Mission
The ideal candidate will manage international R&D projects, focused on energy Digital Innovation.
Key Accountabilities
- Manage or support the management of EU R&D projects, in the field of power generation (renewable energy and its integration in new sectors), decarbonization & energy transition, power grid development
- Contribute to RINA’s activities of technical development, in the framework of EU funded projects also interacting with international partners
- Contribute to or delivery reports and results European research and innovation projects involving energy efficiency, renewable energy technologies and the smart grid
- Contribute to the creation of new opportunities and the preparation of new proposals in the framework of European and international R&D programmes
- Contribute to the growth of RINA’s network of R&D partners in the field of power generation and distribution
- Contribute to development of digital tools that provides digital consulting and engineering services
Qualifications
- Degree in engineering or computer science with a focus on energy will be considered a plus
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Excellent reporting skills both verbal and written
- Capacity to conduct research, organize work and produce results
- Open-minded to innovation and creativity
