For a leading company operating in the Real Estate industry, I'm currently looking for a Digital Content & Social Media Specialist.

About the Role

We are looking for a talented Digital Content &Social Media Specialist who will be responsible for, implementing and monitoring the Digital and Social Media channels in order to increase brand awareness and improve the engagement of the target audience in line with business objectives and company vision, mission and values.
Working together with the Digital Marketing Manager she/he will be responsible, for building quality content for both external and internal communication and creating multimedia assets in line with the company's objectives.

The ideal candidate has in-depth knowledge of the main social networks (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), has creative copywriting skills, the ability to engage social users, a deep interest in keeping up with new trends, basic skills in creating and post-producing photo content and videos and lastly, advanced level of English.

Main activities

• Management of corporate social accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
• Drafting of editorial plans
• Content creation
• Social monitoring and customer care
• Reporting
• Support in the coordination and management of the company's content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of blog posts, newsletters, and other Digital Content
• Content management
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather content and develop blog posts that align with our marketing objectives
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Social Media trends, industry developments, and emerging platforms

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in Social Media management, digital marketing, or content creation (internship experience will be considered)
• Proficiency in utilizing Social Media platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools
• Proficient in using email marketing platforms such as Active Campaign or similar tools to create and manage email campaigns
• Ability to create visually appealing email templates and optimize them for different devices and email clients Adobe package basic skills (required: Photoshop)
• Good eye for photography and for details
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and keyword research; In-depth knowledge and management skills of the main social networks
• Passion and curiosity for Social Media
• Attention, curiosity and monitoring of new trends
• Excellent knowledge of English, especially written
• Strong propensity for teamwork and constructive dialogue
• Ability to organize and plan
• Great copywriting skills
