Job Description
The candidate will contribute maintaining and improving the whole ecosystem of products and services the Data, Business Intelligence & Analytics office serves, with focus on mobile analytics and data visualization.
He/she will design and implement solutions for better user experience and improved performance, manage user requests regarding the supervised platforms and ensure the quality of the service provided.
Key Accountabilities
- Analyze business unit requests and understand business requirements.
- Work with various technical staff members to determine possible solutions.
- Conduct functional analysis of business domains and related business processes or systems
- Closely work with solution providers to ensure delivery on time with expected functionality
Requirements
- 2 + years in Business Intelligence and Analytics
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- knowledge of the functional and technical architecture of infrastructures and platforms
- knowledge of Project management principles and methodologies
- Strong orientation to results;
- Knowledge of Business intelligence Application landscape and products
- Problem Solving
Technical Skills:
- Can write efficient SQL queries
- Knows data-warehousing principles and how to build an effective data model
- Experience with data visualization tools (Microstrategy)
- Experience with iOS/web apps deployment (not mandatory)
- Knowledge of system administration of LINUX and Windows Server Environments
- Knowledge of SSO protocols (OIDC , SAML) apreciated
- Knows how to code, both back-end and front-end appreciated
- Strong analytical thinking
