Descrizione
The candidate be responsible to manage Engineering Procurement and Construction phases of a Data Center and support Business Development and Proposal Management activities prior to acquisition. Activities:
- Lead and support the architects, engineers, and other specialty disciplines from initial programming to construction completion.
- Interface to internal engineering groups, operations and business units to manage execution and delivery of project requirements.
- Manage internal and external teams to meet deadlines and budget as per project needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and effectively communicate with all those stakeholders.
- Analysis of the Tender documentation, identify winning solutions, review of all proposals. Prepare and present comparative cost analysis.
- Experience managing and negotiating contracts and vendor relationships.
- Travel to meet Clients or Suppliers or Manage Site Activities.

Profilo del Candidato
The successful candidate shall have the following key qualifications:
- 6+ years demonstrated ability as a Data Center (or similar) construction Project Manager.
- Master degree in Engineering (Laurea specialistica) or equivalent (mandatory)
- Strong background in Data Center/commercial/industrial construction to include telecom, mechanical, electrical, process piping, plumbing building systems, tenant improvement, site work and ground up construction.
- Knowledge of General Contractor
Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
- English is mandatory
