Position Summary
The chosen candidate will become part of the Customer Relation Center Team, working closely with the Process Engineer to identify business need and analytics opportunities.
This role is based at our Headquarter in Milan (Assago), you will help the growth on Customer Relation Center Team in activities such as:
* Maintaining and creating new dashboard to track metrics and visualize insights.
* Manage existing analytics, including automation/modernization the data knowledge.
* Lead sub-teams to create KPIs and Dashboards, helping colleagues to understand the real needs.
* Helping the Process Engineer in continuous improvement and process optimization projects.
