For an important Company of hosting we are searching for a BI Analyst
This job is right for you if you love rolling up your sleeves to retrieve complex data, analyze it, make sense of it and provide valuable feedback to your stakeholders. It is right for you if you are entrepreneurial in spirit and like to tackle multiple problems to find solutions that the team can leverage to make our hosts’ and guests’ lives easier.
The difference you will make:
- Build dashboards to aggregate external and internal datasets and provide intelligence on trends, patterns and opportunities
- Support the business on all local initiatives, including support for policy, tax, legal and commercial initiatives.
- Help track adoption and performance metrics of new campaigns
- Support launching and managing programs
Skills required:
- 1-3 years experience in data analysis
- A degree in a technical field: strong preference for Data Science, Statistics, Maths, Physics, Computer Science, Econometrics or similar
- Fluent with SQL? and similar programming languages
- Love working with data and be able to solve complex data issues
- Very proficient with Excel
- A critical thinker: you makes sense of the data, validate it based on existing external reference points and recognize trends
- Organized and efficient
- Proactive and love innovating
- Curious and like diving deep on your hunches
- You can prioritize your time to focus on the things that matter most
Location: This position is remote but access to the office in Milan is possible and a plus. You must be living in Italy and have work authorization to be eligible.
