We are looking for a Cyber Security Lead who will be responsible for developing and implementing security policies conducting risk assessments and leading a team of security professionals.The candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity with a focus on implementing and managing robust security measures to safeguard our organizations digital assets.
Responsibilities:
- Experience as a cyberSecurity Lead.
- Experience with security technologies and tools such as firewalls intrusion detection and prevention systems and antivirus software.
- Experience in creating and implementing security policies and procedures.
- Experience with penetration testing and ethical hacking.
- Experience in cybersecurity frameworks standards regulatory regulations and compliance difficulties.
- A solid understanding of risk management vulnerability assessment and incident response.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy to protect the organization from cyberattacks.
- Lead and manage a team of cybersecurity specialists offering direction and mentorship while cultivating a culture of continuous learning.
- Conduct frequent security evaluations and audits in order to detect and minimize any hazards.
- Work with IT and other departments to create develop and sustain a secure and resilient architecture for the organizations information systems.
- Create and administer a comprehensive security awareness program for employees to improve the organizations overall security posture.
