For Them we are searching for:
Cyber Security and DevOps Manager
Mission:
Directly reporting to the CIO, will be responsible of DevOps and Cyber Security Areas.
Main responsibilities
- as a Cyber Security Manager, he/she will:
- Be the point of contact for the company in matters of Cyber Security towards auditors and external parties;
- Act as an interface for managed services provider in the field of Cyber Security, infrastructure, networking, and workplace;
- Coordinate externally provided penetration tests against corporate infrastructure and services, in order to assess the security posture;
- Working with external providers in new cybersec technology projects;
- Participating in incident management process, supporting the team and carrying out the forensic analysis in post-incident scenario;
- Scouting new security technical solutions.
- as a DevOps Manager, he/she will have the opportunity to:
- Develop possible DevOps strategies, in order to optimize the solution delivery process, in coherence with the business goals and strategy;
- Propose a set of DevOps tools and automation pipelines (CI/CD) to streamline software delivery processes;
- Work closely with business and IT teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize workflow and efficiency regarding the software delivery;
- Stay up-to-date on the latest DevOps trends, technologies, and tools, and evaluate their potential for improving our processes;
- Have a synergic approach with the aforementioned CyberSec role, to ensure secure software development and deployment practices (DevSecOps)
Knowledge and experience
- At least 5 years of experience in similar roles within structured companies or consulting firms;
- Proven experience with system and network administration;
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience);
- Competence on SIEM (Security Information and Event Management);
- Desirable knowledge of NIST Cybersecurity Framework ;
- Competence on IDS/IPS and DLD/DLP systems;
- Understanding of DevOps principles, methodologies, and best practices (CI/CD, IaC, etc.);
- Excellent scripting skills (Bash, Python, etc.) and experience with infrastructure automation;
- Experience with DevOps tools and technologies (Jira, Git, Jenkins, Docker) is a plus;
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) is a plus;
- Fluent English;
- Flexibility, problem-solving, stress management ;
- Availability to travel in EU and US
