Could you be the full-time CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER in Rome we’re looking for?

 

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your technical expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside passionate and dedicated teammates.

You'll work on effective management of contractual and customer interface of orders for the repair and supply of products and railway signaling systems in operation on national and international transport companies with strong integration with the operational and financial structures of the Alstom organization in Italy and abroad. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (particularly the Service Signalling business unit) and much more. You’ll specifically take care of contractual management and customer interface.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Provide reporting according to defined processes and QCD performance and financial KPI analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with the contractual terms and plans defined for the contracts under its responsibility, in compliance with the reference Alstom processes
  • Plan and manage periodic meetings with customers to discuss the progress of activities and to acquire opportunities for improvement or business development.
  • Contribute to the "Continuous Improvement" process through the definition and implementation of an Action Plan for the order
  • Support budget development and revenue plan control
  • Ensure compliance with EHS regulations
