The Customer Service Manager is expected to process customer requests, track them and link with production planning to confirm delivery dates requested by the customer.
Responsibilities:
- Management of external and internal customers
- Checking the receipt of orders via EDI by checking for transmission anomalies
- Manual entry of customer schedules for what is not received via EDI
- Preliminary feasibility analysis (checking whether the customer's requirements correspond to the production capacity)
- Manage customer requirements related to customized products by tracking inventory and requirements for dedicated components
- Manage orders related to spare parts to communicate the best delivery date to the customer
- Management of orders related to internal customers (prototypes and other plants in the group)
- Interface with end customers and all company functions involved in production processes
- Organizing any transport for the delivery of goods to customers
- Specify delivery times for customers
- Issue shipping documents for deliveries to customers
Requirements:
- University degree
- Knowledge of the English language at least at B2 level
- Experience of at least 2 years in a similar job (preferably in companies in the automotive field)
- Knowledge of production planning work methodologies
- Good knowledge of logistics and production flows
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
- Analytical skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Goal-oriented and problem-solving skills
