The Customer Quality Specialist has the role of deploying and facilitating the quality culture in ELECTRIFICATION Smart Buildings Division, ensuring and controlling quality to exceed customer expectations while ensuring sustainable operations, and representing the customer’s voice within local teams, providing customer experience feedback and input. In this role you will provide assistance with and maintain the quality management system, managing all aspects in line with guidance from ABB Group/division/business area.

Your responsibilities

  • Ensuring the resolution of customer issues, failures and non-conformities, by coordinating with sales, operations, supply chain management, and other internal and/or external teams.
  • Ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the entire process, monitor the status of complaints and ensure that inquiries are resolved.
  • Preparing and analyzing regular statistics using available tools and collecting relevant Customer Quality information.
  • Developing, implementing and maintaining customer support processes. Assist in the implementation of effective internal controls to verify that processes will meet customer and stakeholder requirements.
  • Support Continuous improvement of internal processes leveraging on digital solutions connected to existing internal platforms.
  • Support new product development process by sharing lessons learned and customer experience on existing solutions to ensure portfolio will meet expectations throughout their lifecycle.

Your background

  • Master Degree in Management Engineering or Electric/Electronics.
  • New graduates or 1-2 years of experience in Quality/Customer Care Field.
  • Deep Knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office Platform, knowledge of Power BI is considered a plus.
  • Knowledge of Italian and English.
  • Availability to travel if needed.
  • A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.
