It’s an opportunity to be part of something special.Customer Marketing Specialist OHCAbout the roleExecutes channel or shopper merchandising, and promotion strategies. Analyses promotional effectiveness. Responsible for the development of merchandising and shelf visibility. Designs, develops and implements communication programs to advertise the organisation’s products at the point of sales (online and offline), events, and sales promotions.Role ResponsibilitiesDelivering OHC Channel goals, driving and deploying ‘Irresistible engagement’ with shoppers & customers at prioritized touchpoints along the purchase journey which drives conversion, brand equity and category share growth as well as building Haleon's strategic value with key customers. Delivering profitable category & brand share growth by working with marketing on localization and activation of the global / area category & brand vision and strategies through to the customer and shelf. Leading the creation of the strategic shopper / customer plan and assets for Haleon categories working with key trade customers. Creating promotional strategies to fully reflect category/brand strategies in alignment with brand activities and with particular focus on new products/categories.Coordinating and driving POS planning, implementation and evaluation processes across the channel and key customers for relevant Haleon categories.Creating merchandising standards in cooperation with category management.Running all the internal and external requirement to maintain a high level of compliance in the ways of operating, being auding ready all the time.Handling all budgets allocated to the department (planning/follow up).Basic Qualifications:Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Marketing/shopper marketing/ trade marketing/sales with global FMCG company.Experience within FMCG shopper marketing.Detailed understanding of shopper / Customer Marketing and shopper / customer behaviour across all channels.Expertise in engaging and effective cooperation with sales teams. Fluent English and Romanian language skills.Preferred Qualifications:Demonstrable leadership and influencing skills. Very good analytical skills. Please submit your application with a CV in EnglishPlease save a copy of the job description, as this may be helpful to refer to once the advert closes.What we offer:Haleon offers a dynamic hybrid work model, allowing you to achieve a balance between professional and personal life.
