Holiday System is seeking a Cook and Assistant Cook for the summer seasonThe positions are for an hotel in Roncegno TermeExperience in managing the kitchen and preparing simple but tasty meals is required

Responsibilities
• Manage the kitchen independently• Prepare meals according to a fixed menu agreed with the management• Ensure high-quality and tasty meals for organized groups and sports retreats• Collaborate with the hotel management to meet the culinary requirements of guests
Requirements
• Previous experience as a cook or assistant cook• Ability to work independently and manage the kitchen• Knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety standards• Creativity in menu planning and food presentation• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment• Excellent communication and teamwork skills• Flexibility to work during the summer season (June - mid-September)
