Il nostro Partner in questo progetto di ricerca è un gruppo multinazionale attivo nella logistica in Italia, UK, Belgio e Paesi Bassi.

In ottica di ulteriore strutturazione della branch in Campania si valuta l'inserimento di un/una Country Controller.

Descrizione

The most important activities are:

• Responsible for the reports of all entities within Italy;


• Coordination of the monthly, quarterly and year-end closing;


• Financial onboarding of new future companies;


• Report on the financial performance of the entities and develop financial analysis to improve performance;


• Execute the financial planning and analysis cycle, including the preparation of budgets, (P&L/cash flow) forecasts;


• Further harmonization and professionalization of the accounting & control cycle;


• Point of contact for the external and internal auditors and other external financial advisors or authorities.

Profilo del Candidato

Key requirements:

Systems (Dynamics) and industry knowledge is an advantage for this position, but your personality and entrepreneurial character are particularly important.

You will be able to give your opinion and advice, but also give someone else the space to express their opinion. You understand that working together result in more. Other requirements are:

• A completed bachelor's/master's degree in Finance, Economics or Accountancy, preferably supplemented with an ACCA, ACA or CIMA qualification;


• Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate financial data into recommendations and actions.


• Preferably experience/affinity with sector or able to quickly master the business model


• Fluency in English.
