Hobson Prior are seeking for a Corporate Tech Ops Operational Excellence LeadJoin a fantastic pharmaceutical organisation on a permanent basisLocated in L'Aquila, though travel to other sites will be needed up to 70% of the time

Responsibilities
• Assist with a new project guiding Operational Excellence across other sites• Serve as a key tactical contributor and mediator across production teams• Work alongside plant managers, challenging improvement targets and proposing concrete actions• Validate manufacturing standards in the plants• Share best practices and approaches with other OpExc Coordinator• Report routinely to OpExc corporate director• Produce a solid network across manufacturing leadership teams• Recognize and propose improvement prospects• Outline solid outcomes validation and tracking system• Perform any other assigned duties
Requirements
• Educated in engineering field with demonstrable experience in chemical engineering• Contribute to excellence projects for pharmaceutical/food plants• Certification in Six-Sigma, at least Green Belt• Knowledge in Italian, Spanish, and Turkish are ideal but not necessary
