Webuild is looking for a Corporate Talent Acquisition and Recruiting Methodologies Intern, based in Milan.
The internship will last 6 months and includes an allowance of €800, as well as free access to the company canteen.
Main activities
Under the supervision of the company mentor, the intern will carry out the following activities:
- Participation in the selection processes for Junior profiles, both for Corporate offices and for projects in Italy, with a focus on:
- Defining job description and posting ads on the various search channels;
- CV screening and active search for target candidates;
- Participating in interviews to assess relevant experience and skills;
- Organizing technical interviews.
- Participation in employer branding initiatives, in-person and digital, to promote brand awareness and attract new talent;
- Support in managing reporting.
Requirements
- Master's degree in humanities or business field. Specialization in Human Resources is preferred;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Fluency in Italian and English;
- Familiarity in the use of digital technologies and aptitude for innovation;
- Good knowledge of MS Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Collaborative and inclusive spirit;
- Results orientation.
