Job summary
Lyreco is seeking a Corporate Sales Account for the Piemonte regionThe ideal candidate will be passionate about sales and have a strong focus on building and developing relationships with large Italian companiesThey will report to the Sales Manager National Business and be responsible for maintaining profitable business and expanding the customer base
Job seniority: mid-to-senior level
Responsibilities
• Continuously understand and deepen knowledge of the customer, including organizational characteristics, decision-making roles, market trends, etc.• Communicate the value proposition of Lyreco in a compelling and assertive manner through the appropriate channels and language• Represent Lyreco with excellence, respect, agility, and passion, ensuring that behavior and communication reflect the company's values• Identify customer needs and propose appropriate solutions from Lyreco's product and service portfolio• Collaborate with Inside Sales National and other roles within Lyreco to meet customer requirements• Evaluate the impact of the customer portfolio and contribute to forecasting• Develop and maintain a network of contacts within customer organizations through various channels, including LinkedIn• Support customers in achieving agreed-upon goals and define clear action plans and follow-up meetings• Collaborate with specialists and staff departments as needed to meet customer needs• Manage negotiations and engage specialists when necessary
Requirements
• Diploma or degree• Excellent relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders• Strong problem-solving, organization, and time management abilities• Advanced negotiation skills• Active listening, questioning, and objection-handling skills• Digital skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and specialists• Preferred residence in the province of Torino
