Mission
RINA is currently recruiting for a Corporate Finance & Strategy Senior Consultant to join its office in Genova, Milan, La Spezia, Rome, Bari, or Lecce within the Management Consulting Division.
The Corporate Finance & Strategy Team delivers economics & finance and strategy-related consulting services such as Commercial and Financial Due Diligence, Subsidized Finance (e.g., Innovation Fund, IPCEI, CEF, etc.), Business Planning & Financial Modelling, and Data Analytics. We deal with large companies, investment banks, and development banks.
Key Accountabilities
As Corporate Finance & Strategy Senior Consultant, you will work as part of a team, serving clients from several industries, helping them to develop cutting-edge projects and transactions related to innovation and decarbonization.
Education
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Management or similar, with record of strong academics achievement.
- 3-5 years of work experience in management consulting firms or in similar roles.
- Previous experience in Subsidized Finance environment (e.g. Innovation Fund, IPCEI, CEF, etc.).
- Previous experience in Commercial and Financial Due Diligence is considered a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Advanced knowledge in Power BI is considered a plus.
- Ability to communicate in a clear, concise and articulate manner.
- Very good command of the English language (written and spoken).
- Ability to build and maintain and internal and external quality professional relationships.
