The Contract&Legal Manager will be included in (COMPANY NAME) Trade in Italy MMEA Legal&Contract Department, and she/he will have the following tasks:
* management and process of all commercial credit insurance contracts, also in the medium term by analysing commercial underwriting requests and drafting clauses in a technical and specific way
* development of contractual solutions for "financial institutions" and then draws up cooperation agreements and partnerships with banks and brokers
* interaction with different business functions by providing technical advice and - where necessary - training colleagues on products and legal and contractual issues
* IDD monitoring of distribution channels
REQUIREMENTS:
* Knowledge of the credit insurance market
* Knowledge of the latest details of the credit insurer legislation
* Degree in law
* Experience of at least 5 years in legal departments
* Title of lawyer is a plus
* Team work
* Advanced English proficiency (B2/C1)
