Responsibilities
• Manage patients by presenting services, providing treatment plans, and offering payment consultation.• Collaborate with the Clinic Manager to ensure patient satisfaction and achieve sales targets.• Foster patient loyalty and retention by building relationships and providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
• Previous experience in B2C sales, ideally in consulting or services.• Strong goal-oriented mindset and achievement orientation.• Knowledge of key performance indicators in retail and consulting.• Strategic planning skills and ability to manage stress.• Excellent communication skills and empathetic approach.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.• Ability to work collaboratively and follow procedures.• Full-time availability, including weekends.
