Responsibilities
• Fulfill operations of La Terrazza Restaurant and Splendido Grill Restaurant• Take care of mise en place• Support Chef de Rang with service• Clean and set up floors, tables, chairs, linens, glass, and silver• Support Chef de Rang and Sommelier with wine-related activities• Monitor customers' experience and enhance flawless service• Anticipate guests' needs• Ensure restaurant layout is prepared before guests arrive• Communicate effectively both verbally and non-verbally• Demonstrate emotional intelligence• Adapt to different approaches and offer solutions• Collaborate as a team player• Fluent in Italian and basic level of English• Tourism or Hospitality degree preferred• Previous professional experience in a similar role with internships• Passion for service and ambition to grow professionally• HACCP Certification• Good knowledge of wines
