• Fulfill operations of the Food & Beverage outlets• Take care of mise en place• Support Chef de Rang with service• Clean and set-up floors, tables, chairs, linens, glass and silver for service• Monitor all aspects of customers' experience• Act to enhance flawless service and anticipate Guests' needs
Requirements
• Effective communication• Emotional intelligence• Adaptability• Collaboration• Fluent in Italian and basic level of English• Tourism or Hospitality degree preferred• Previous professional experience in a similar role• Passion for service and ambition to grow professionally
