We are looking for a skilled Cloud Solution Architect - Modern Work to join the Small, Medium, Corporate & Digital. This CSA will focus on Sharepoint Online, M365 Copilot and Viva.
This role is flexible in that you can work up to 100% from home.

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field
- OR equivalent experience.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 2+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
- OR equivalent experience.
- Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications).
Technical Skills: Microsoft365Security, Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Compliance, RecordsManagement, eDiscovery/Advanced eDiscovery, Data Loss Prevention, Information Governance, Information Protection, Insider Risk Management, Security, Advanced Hunting, Simulation Training, Threat Analytics, Investigations.Modern Management- Mobility and Security Solutions in any of the following:Microsoft Intune;Autopilot, Desktop Analytics, Conditional Access, identity governance, Azure Active Directory (AAD), Microsoft Cloud App Security (MCAS); Advanced Threat Analytics; Defender for O365, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager. Endpoint Management Security related technologies: Microsoft Enterprise Mobility Suite + Security (EMS), Active Directory/Identity Windows Defender Advanced Threat Protection (D-ATP) Office 365 Advanced Threat Protection Other endpoint security solutions and comprehensive threat protection technologies.
Cloud Solution Architecture IC2 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $64,800 - $130,100 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $86,400 - $142,700 per year. - Customer success on the Microsoft Cloud platforms with a special focus on designing and helping customers build production applications and reduce technical risks.
- Curate and produce high quality guidance for our internal and external communities andcustomers.
- Providing a positive impact to the strategic direction of Microsoft Cloud engineering teams
- Mentorship and development of technical delivery personnel within the Customer Success organization
- Executing limited Proof of Concept (POC)s and Pilots
- Documenting and sharing technical best practices / insights within engineering and the wider architect community.
- Effectively orchestrate and bridge the delivery through cross-functional teams and provide operational guidance.
- Provide detailed reviews of service disruptions, metrics, and risk management. Manage escalation and tracking of support cases.
