David Kennedy Recruitment has partnered with a leading BPO company which supports top tech brands in providing exceptional customer care. Together were looking for a Swedishspeaking Cloud Customer Renewal Specialist who will drive renewal processes.

Position: Cloud Customer Renewals Specialist

Location: Mlaga Spain

Work model:Onsite

Employment type: Fulltime

Remuneration: Base salary performance bonus

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as primary point of contact for the customer during the renewals process building trust & setting the foundation for long term relationship
  • Effectively turn renewals leads into opportunities and revenue pipeline by filtering them through different criteria e.g. BANT (budget authority need and timeline)
  • Engage with small and medium businesses across industries company sizes and types to determine their needs and identify upsell/cross sell opportunities
  • Understand customers current license position leading with cloud technologies to secure customer wins maximizing upsell and crosssell opportunities collaborating with Solution Specialists and other stakeholders as needed
  • Support renewal process by engaging & coordinating multiple stakeholders (PCM TCM CE) aligned to customer needs ensuring renewal closes on time

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Advanced (B2) verbal and written English proficient or native Dutch/Flemish
  • 2 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success
  • Have experience using Microsoft Office Suite applications and passion for cloud technologies
  • Possess general knowledge of the IT industry with the capacity to learn and retain knowledge about individual products and business solutions quickly and accurately
  • Demonstrate your ability to understand customer needs create and deliver customized customerfocused pitches and solutions
  • Have an achievement and successdriven personality
  • Experience selling Cloud/ITsolutions is great to have but not a strict requirement
