For our corner in Rinascente Roma, va del Tritone, we are looking for a new Part Time Client Advisor.
You
* Authentic, passionate trusted Client Advisor: an intuitive sales associate with a passion for style. - A powerful communicator, handling clients with personal care and empathy and putting the client at the center of every decision.
* Courageous with ideas and innovative in your approach, always ready to grow and learn. Key Responsibilities
* Act and think first of the client and their experience, you have an in-depth knowledge of the desires, needs and expectations of clients
* Welcome and assist each client providing an excellent in-store experience at all times
* Be a master at storytelling and at the art of asking engaging questions
* Create a long-term authentic bond with clients by making them feel the experience is truly about them
* Deal effectively with customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary.
* Demonstrate active leadership on the selling floor, to drive individual and team objectives and be accountable for sales results
* Be proactively engaged in cross selling with all Departments and maximizes sales opportunity in order to achieve individual sales target and KPIs.
* Prove Brand and product knowledge
* Ensure and maintain the shop floor and visual display high standard, complying with
* Company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
* Contribute to ensure a high level of security and is attentive to prevent product thefts, including tagging garments and merchandise on the floor
* Think innovatively about how we can improve and generate new ways, be up-to-date with new fashion trends and competitors
* Develop and nurture meaningful and loyal client relationships through personal connections and CRM initiatives - Manage and drive sales by understanding client desires and create a hand-crafted experience for the client to achieve the best sales performance
Key Requirements
* Previous experience in sales roles; Experience in structured Fashion Luxury/Retail Companies is a plus; Passionate in Retail, Client service and commercial mindset;
* Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity;
* Strong communication skills; - Willingness evolve in the organization, willingness to relocate is a plus;
* Digitally aware and open to new ways of working
* We are looking for candidates with strong competencies in Decision Making, Strategic Thinking, - - Financial Acumen, Innovation, Focus on Customer and Execution.
