Objective : You will be an experienced Managing Director or CEO and you will lead the Italian branch and oversee all business and commercial operations. You will be responsible for the Sales, Marketing and Technical Support Departments, and for the people in the team.

You will have a strong experience working within technical/engineering industry and have already held a senior management/directorship/C-Level position.

Tasks and responsibilities :

SALES

Oversee the whole Sales, Marketing and the Technical Support departments in accordance with the direction established in the strategic plan.

Provide actionable solutions to the team to implement the most efficient processes and achieve company’s objectives and strategies.

Develop and implement sales strategies, maximizing sales opportunities and opening up new sales channels.

Analyse customer/market needs and define the most effective sales solutions.

Create a customer strategy that strengthens and widens customer relationships.

Define and act the yearly business plan for the country, budget, forecast and sales reporting.

ORGANIZATION

Lead, direct, motivate and evaluate the team.

Be the point of contact between the headquarter and the Italian branch and carry out the company’s strategies.

Implement new processes/procedures and special group-wide projects in the Italian branch.
