JOB DESCRIPTION
The employee will be responsible for all kitchen activities on board the vessel. He will:
•Coordinate the kitchen staff team;
•Take part to the training of staff, according to the rules of HSE, Food Hygiene and Safety, HACCP, etc.;
REQUIREMENTS
English level B2;
Proven experience in the role of Chief Cook;
STCW Ship's Cook certificate;
Seaman's Book;
Covid 19 vaccination;
HACCP or other Food Safety Certificate;
Valid BOSIET certificate
