Maxon is looking for a dynamic and experienced Direct and Channel Sales Director for EMEA to drive sales growth and market expansion across the region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in leading high-performing sales teams, establishing strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth through direct and channel sales.
What you will do:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration across the EMEA region
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of direct and channel sales professionals to deliver exceptional results and meet or exceed sales quotas
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and distributors to drive business growth and maximize sales opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and finance, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives
- Identify market trends, competitive insights, and customer needs to inform product development and go-to-market strategies
- Drive channel partner recruitment, enablement, and engagement initiatives to expand Maxon's presence in key vertical markets and geographic regions
- Monitor sales performance metrics, pipeline activity, and market dynamics to provide regular reports and insights to senior management
