Our Client, one of the most important oncological R&D company in Italy, is looking for the: CEO Executive Assistant
Directly reporting to the CEO, the Candidate will support him in the daily management of activities, through both organizational and executive tasks.
Duties/Responsibilities
-Align the CEO's schedule with strategic priorities, ensuring key meetings, events, and deadlines are prioritized to advance organizational goals;
-CEO's business travel coordination;
-Analyze and synthesize complex information, preparing insightful briefs for the CEO to facilitate decision-making;
-Cultivate relationships with the group's main stakeholders;
-Assist in the coordination of strategic projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution and alignment with organizational objectives;
-Craft and disseminate strategic communications on behalf of the CEO, ensuring consistency in messaging and alignment with organizational goals;
-Assist company activities including team meetings, logistics and arrangements;
-Create efficiencies for the group including file structures, review procedures, shared files and signatures;
-Assist contracting activities including document steps, external correspondence, edits and signatures.
Profile
- Bachelor / Master’s Degree;
- Experience as an Executive Assistant of at least 10 years, gained in complex and modernly organized multinational companies;
- Experience in the PR/Communications or Marketing or Legal function is particularly appreciated, as far as Pharmaceutical or biotechnology previous experience;
- Perfect knowledge of English and Italian;
- Perfect use IT tools (Office package);
- High level of problem solving;
- Strong ability to handle pressure.
