Buyer Specialist - English Speaker

Randstad Italy, InHouse division, is searching for a Multinational Chinese Company leading the Technology sector, a Procurement Specialist to join the Segrate's office team.

The company is dedicate to R&D activities in the Innovation Technologies sector, AI, Smart Cities, Robotics, Technological Devices and Renewable Energies.

The position is open for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience and with fluent knowledge of the English language and a preferred knowledge of the Italian and the Chinese one.

Responsabilità

As Procurement Specialist your main responsabilities will be:

• Manage general procurement activities based on the Business Units needs;

• Purchase order related documents preparing, suppliers supporting from the quotation to the billing configuration in the system;

• Monitoring the ongoing purchase order tracking to ensure smooth delivery;

• Support contract management and Archiving.

• University degree in Business Economics/Business Management/ Business Administration;

• At least 1 year of experience in procurement/finance/administration/purchase order/back office activities;

• Proficient with MS Office;

• Fluency in Italian and English, Chinese will be considered a strong plus;

• Good interpersonal skills combined with team spirit;

• Autonomy, organization and structured working style with a hands-on, can-do attitude.

Location: Milan, Segrate
