About you:
We are looking for a hardworking and proficient SAP and master data administrator capable of driving and improving our agricultural operations through process analysis and mapping, ticket handling, new project implementation, and continuous training. You will be the key piece in identifying improvement opportunities, solving problems, and facilitating the flow of information in the modules and functional requirements that will be implemented. This role requires a proactive mindset, not limited to transactions but actively contributing to the growth and efficiency of our Agricultural Management at Don Julio.
About the role:
- Lead the architecture of Agriculture processes within SAP in conjunction with the Line Manager; diagnosed and mapped current activities, implemented improvements, and maintained updated and accessible documentation.
- Analyze existing and future processes to identify improvement opportunities, creating manuals, flowcharts, and visual tools to represent the steps and people involved.
- Analyze, and develop proposals in processes that reinforce our agricultural organization that may involve reengineering, and supervise performance metrics.
- Work in collaboration with multifunctional teams, communicate process changes to all key partners, and drive the standardization of processes.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and be responsible for controls (CARM) for administrative and operational processes, working hand in hand with Business Integrity and Process Owners (Including SAP Modules implementation within Agriculture).
- Provide technical support to resolve incidents in various systems including but not limited to SAP, COUPA, NEWGEN, HOUSKEEPING, EDICOM, ICERTIS.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Experience in inventory control, cost analysis, and process improvement in an agricultural production environment (minimum 3 years).
- Proficiency in Office suite, master data Management & maintenance, and advanced knowledge SAP, especially in modules related to production and plant maintenance (PP, MM, QM, PM).
- Experience in implementing the best process improvement practices and in improving the functionality of SAP and digital applications in an agricultural environment.
- Solid understanding of data management, data dashboards, reporting, and analytics to facilitate data-based decision-making.
- Power BI and Data Analytics tools management is a plus (not mandatory).
- Proficiency in English: The ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English is highly desirable, as it will be required for collaboration with international teams, understanding global processes, and training purposes.
