Job Description Our client, a global provider of investment, financial services and software for the financial services and healthcare industries, is looking for a highly motivated Business Operations Analyst to join WW Business Operations team. Your responsibilities : Reporting to the Chief of Staff, you will provide day to day administrative support to a global team of senior leaders. The candidate will need to be professional and capable of managing their work load in a busy, fast-paced environment. - Identify and proactively address the needs of our senior leaders - Calendar management across multiple time zones - Coordination and organization of internal and external meetings / events - Organization of international and domestic travel - Handling and processing of invoices and expenses - Support the creation of corporate presentations, special presentations to clients, staff or other audiences - Provide support for general Business Operations, reporting and data analytics as it relates to Finance, HR, IT, Procurement and Facilities - Maintain confidentiality and discretion alongside the maintenance of accurate files and records Requirements Your Experience : - Exceptional attention to detail - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Strong technical skills and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Teams - Strong problem-solving skills and tactical management skills - Excellent organization and planning skills - Has a customer-focused mindset - Ability to learn quickly and be agile - pivot on priorities where required and perform well under pressure and re-prioritize tasks as needed - Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion - Experience supporting senior management / executive-level staff - Experience supporting a global team highly preferred - Experience working in a management support function either in Finance, Human Resources, Sales or Services Operations - University Degree (BA) Requirements Exceptional attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal skills Strong technical skills and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Teams Strong problem-solving skills and tactical management skills Excellent organization and planning skills Has a customer-focused mindset Ability to learn quickly and be agile - pivot on priorities where required and perform well under pressure and re-prioritize tasks as needed Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion Experience supporting senior management / executive-level staff Experience supporting a global team highly preferred Experience working in a management support function either in Finance, Human Resources, Sales or Services Operations University Degree (BA) 14 ore fa
