Job Description:
We are looking for a Business Manager to join Segula Italy's team with the goal of growing the presence in the territory and the perimeter of new clients and sectors, and in consolidating relationships with existing clients.
The position is based in Rome.
Specifically, the resource will be responsible for:
* identify new prospects.
* consolidate acquired customers by surveying their needs in a timely manner.
* develop new business opportunities.
* manage the various stages of sales negotiations.
* manage the commercial and contractual documentation of the job order, monitoring invoicing and payment by the customer.
* prepare bids.
* support and validate the recruiting of new candidates.
* manage a perimeter of consultants.
* achieve assigned goals in line with Company targets, policies, and guidelines.
Qualifications:
A degree in technical scientific subjects is required.
Proven relationship with clients in the industrial field in general and in the Air Space and Defence field in particular is a plus.
Excellent knowledge of the English language.
Knowledge of the French language is a plus.
Different levels of experience will be evaluated
