Adecco Credit & Banking is currently recruiting for an International Bank based in Milan a: Business Management Analyst Within the dedicated team, which is in charge of supporting the Bank For Entrepreneurs division, you will be asked to assist the division resources in : • Producing governance reports to ensure sales staff and management awareness on AML, Mifid, FATCA/CRS, etc indicators/due dates • Run daily customers re-assignment, as per instructions received • Execution of weekly and monthy reporting related to Documents Anomalies • Manage the MIFID/IVASS/OCF mandatory/regulatory activities, including ad-hoc queries and the periodical monitoring/reporting • Ensure the handling of Corporate Hospitality football/basketball tickets assignment within the requested due date • Support the remediation of potential Audit/Compliance/Regulators findings impacting Bank for Entrepreneurs of COO Distribution Management • Handling AOB queries/unexpected queries coming from the division or stakeholders/control functions Your key responsibilities: • Producing governance reports to ensure sales staff and management awareness on AML, Mifid, FATCA/CRS, etc indicators/due dates • Run daily customers re-assignment, as per instructions received • Execution of weekly and monthy reporting related to Documents Anomalies • Manage the MIFID/IVASS/OCF mandatory/regulatory activities, including ad-hoc queries and the periodical monitoring/reporting The ideal candidate meets the following requirements: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, economics, finance or computer science - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, mainly Excel and Powerpoint - Usage and maintenance of SAS projects. - Knowledge of Private Banking / Wealth Management environment is preferred. - Knowledge of the main Banking regulation (Mifid, Ivass, TUF, TUB, etc) is preferred. We offer a fixed term contract until July 2024, that can be extended – RAL 33.8K. Disponibilità oraria: Full Time
