Leads other team members to act on the strategic vision for Dataworks growth and to drive that strategy across enablement and business growth. Provides leadership to build the right partner capacity and capabilities from within the existing Marketplace ecosystem and through the recruitment of key new partners aligned with the broader needs for Dataworks. Accountable for Revenue generation, Co-Sell, Customer Acquisition, Consumption and Usage contribution to Dataworks and the overall Partner satisfaction and success.


  • Leads the creation of a strategic vision rooted to the clients’ impact and potential across segments
  • Provides the strategic and operational support needed to grow the business, drive activation, and enhance our merchant acquiring programs.
  • Demonstrates an expert understanding of the business and conveys the value of partnering with Dataworks based on the business opportunity and possible competition.
  • Thinks strategically about partner, customer, business, product, and technical challenges, with the abilities to drive sales and the execution of the Business Development strategy
  • Builds engagement and execution frameworks to drive biz outcomes

  • Excellent business acumen, organizational awareness, human relations, and communication skills required
  • Strong basic management, human relations, communication, and analytical skills

Minimum Qualifications

 
Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in Business Operations, Marketing, Economics, Business, finance, marketing or other directly related discipline with Five to Seven (5-7) years directly related experience in in technology-enabled consulting, product management, product marketing, Business Development, planning, research or equivalent, e-commerce and online marketplaces. Knowledge of customer service in an operational environment. Knowledge of competitive, market and economic factors affecting product performance and ability to perform fact-based data analysis. Demonstrated computer skills. More advanced degrees may offset experience requirements.
Domicile / Relocation Information: This position can be domiciled anywhere in the United States. The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business needs.

Additional Information
Colorado, Nevada, Connecticut, New York, California, Rhode Island, Washington, Hawaii, Illinois and New Jersey Residents Only - Compensation: Monthly Salary: $9,667.00 - $14,500.00. This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include but are not limited to your specific skills, your work location, how many years of experience you have, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
