Job summary
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets in the Low Pressure business in ItalyThey will support sales channels, manage sales channels such as OEMs, indirect channels, and agent networksThey will work with the Product Manager and use marketing campaigns for lead generation
Job seniority: mid-to-senior level
Responsibilities
• Supporting sales channels with marketing actions and sales follow up• Detecting and filling gaps in sales teams• Managing business through various sales channels• Following up on direct sales funnel for low pressure• Working with the Product Manager on lead generation• Reporting results through monthly reports and presentations• Driving business through CRM and dashboard monitoring• Market segmentation and scouting for new applications• Choosing commercial channels for product promotion• Preparing business agreements with OEMs or new dealers• Supporting and providing technical and commercial support to sales engineers• Maintaining customer information in company CRM• Promoting professional image and growing company reputation• Updating competences through training sessions• Contributing to the development of new products and improvements to existing products
Requirements
• Engineering Degree• Experience in dealing with customers• Experience in B2B sales (preferred)• Experience in team management or willingness to take on larger responsibility• Fluent in English• Ability to travel around Italian territory with high frequency
