Role and Responsibilities:
Generate a pool of prospects by identifying the upskilling needs of students based on their areas of interest.
Assist prospective students in understanding the program offerings through phone consultations and create a strong pipeline of potential candidates.
Meet daily deliverables and achieve weekly/monthly enrollment targets.
Educate students about the importance of career navigation and guide them towards suitable paths.
Possess active listening skills and the ability to match candidate needs with future career opportunities.
Candidate Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field.
Proven experience in Business Development or sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
