Multrix is looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for lead calling and selling our cuttingedge HRMS (Human Resource Management System) tool. If you are ready to make a real impact and thrive in a fastpaced environment this is the opportunity for you.

Desired Candidate Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor or Masters Degree in Business
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in Sales or Consultancy
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and Hindi; Knowledge of any regional or international language is a plus
  • Skills: Strong business knowledge and curiosity
  • Genuine interest in software products
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Resultoriented with an outgoing personality
  • Previous experience in Sales or Consultancy is preferred
  • Knowledge of ERP and SaaS software
  • Ability to perform in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
  • Experience working with African countries is a plus
  • Work hard/play hard attitude

Job Responsibilities:

As a Business Development Executive at Multrix here is all comes under your umbrella

Lead Calling and Qualification:

  • Receive leads and initiate contact with potential clients
  • Qualify potential clients through effective communication

Understanding Customer Needs:

  • Analyze and understand customer needs activities challenges and pain points

Product Demonstration:

  • Show the HRMS software by providing tailored demonstrations according to customer needs

Quoting and Negotiation:

  • Provide customized quotes and negotiate contract conditions

Sales Cycle Management:

  • Handle the entire sales cycle from leads to closing
  • Assist in customers onboarding process

Additional Skills:

  • Utilize a solutionselling and consulting approach to showcase analytical skills
  • Engage with SMEs including CEOs CFOs and CTOs
  • Work with companies of various industries sizes and from different countries
  • Deal with a large application scope including CRM accounting inventory HR and project management
  • Enjoy high commissions for top performers with no ceiling

Compensation :

  • Salary Range: 4 Lakhs to 7 Lakhs Per Annum
