We are currently looking for a Business Developer Trainee for a 6 months internship, within an international Sales team, based in Milan.
Your Role:
After initial training on the job, you will be involved and actively participate in supporting the Sales Manager in the complete sales process, in the opportunity creation and pipeline development.
The internship will include work on:
- Analysis of the industry market (Pharma, Fashion, Food, Finance, Banking), conducting the study of the customer trends and analyzing the competitors
- Prospecting clients, so as to understand what messages to send to target people
- Transform leads into sales opportunities and entering leads and opportunities into our CRM
- Reporting Management: after reporting messages, taking them back with the feedback
- Connecting with our international Marketing team in order to create special events or occasions with the aim of building and developing trusted relationships
The exact assignments will be determined at the beginning of the internship.
Qualifications:
- Ongoing or completed MSc studies in economics or engineering (such as management engineering, biomedical engineering...) or related fields
- Excellent knowledge of the Office package is needed
- Italian and English fluency is mandatory (knowledge of French is a big plus)
- Being communicative: active listening and empathy
- Good time management and precision are really appreciated
- Growth and flexible mindset and proactivity are requested
