Responsibilities
• Conduct valuation of real estate portfolios or individual assets using valuation methods.• Perform analysis to determine the best strategies for property enhancement.• Analyze diverse real estate portfolios for geographic distribution and use.• Develop quantitative market analysis by collecting and interpreting relevant data.• Structure and revise financial models.• Support the monitoring of third-party service providers.
Requirements
• Degree in Economics/Finance.• Experience in real estate analysis/valuation or asset management.• Excellent written and spoken English.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
