Innovation Manager, Southern Europe
In this role you will
Bring to life to the short and long-term innovation strategy and pipeline for Southern Europe (Italy, Spain and Portugal) targeting market share & household penetration growth, with clear KPI's/results. High visibility role within Southern Europe as the role requires interface across all functions and at different hierarchical levels, including global and region teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Find opportunities to innovate and build the brand's pipeline, not only on portfolio choices, but also claims and packaging innovation that drives growth, with a clear focus on consumer's insights.
* Provide recommendations on scalability of innovation from 1 market to another, understanding brand carriers and local competitive landscape
* Lead/Build Project full Business Case, including P&L, with a clear rational behind assumptions (volume, net sales, G2N, COGs, A&P), in partnership with local teams and finance
* Lead the brand's innovation projects end-to-end (ideation, planning, producing, until it arrives at shelves)
* Influence and co-lead cross-functional teams/ plans (R&D, regulatory, medical, legal, supply, finance, sales, commercial excellence, insights)
* Analyze sales, share and innovation performance, focusing on learnings and applying into new projects
Why you?
Qualifications & Skills:
* 5-7 years of brand management and project management experience
* Proficient P&L and financial understanding
* University degree in business or related
* Located in Milan, Italy
* Fluent in English
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
* Experience in managing multi market innovation projects
* Experience in managing supplier networks
* Experience in Vitamins, Respiratory and / or Pain
* Strong influencing skills across matrix teams
* Strategic thinking
* Fluent in Italian, Spanish and/or Portuguese
