We’re currently seeking a Branch Manager for our AXA Enniskillen branch office.
Located in 23 East Bridge Street, Enniskillen, Co. Fermanagh, BT74 7BW, our office is deeply rooted within the local community with a loyal customer base enabling you to drive business growth.
Reporting to the Area Manager we’re looking for a motivated candidate experienced in generating sales growth through leading successful sales initiatives and generating new business within new and existing markets, and manage all aspects of branch activity.

What You'll be doing:
Our Branch team is one of the first points of contact for our customers and their queries. You'll be supporting the business through the creation of longstanding customer/business relationships while managing a group of likeminded people looking to help each other and strive in their current roles.
• Delivery of annual business plan for branch, managing all aspects of the Branch Sales Office.
• Managing the performance of direct reports through, coaching, development and support which delivers the required behaviours by staff necessary for a successful retail business.
• Identification of local business opportunities through the proactive participation in business development initiatives to grow branch revenue.
• Proactive sales lead management, developing key customer relationships to improve new business and retention results.
• Responsible for Branch complaint resolution in line with CPC/FCA guidelines
• Ensuring adherence to all governance procedures and policies as set down by the company including Branch Cash Handling and Expense procedures
• Providing regular Market insight to Direct Operations Management Team on emerging trends in a timely manner.
Your Profile
• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar / financial services role or at least 2 years’ experience working in the Insurance Industry with proven ability to manage a team
• Certificate of Insurance or Diploma in Insurance would be advantageous or willingness to work towards
• Ability to manage change effectively in a highly pressurised environment.
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills to build a high performing motivated team to deliver company targets.
• Highly effective planning and organisational skills prioritise workload and deliver on objectives.
• Effective coaching skills to deliver a highly effective, professional sales team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel & Outlook
• Pragmatic approach to problem solving coupled with a structured approach to work.
