The Fragrance & Beauty Advisor is responsible for conveying the allure of (COMPANY NAME)'s fragrance, beauty and skincare products to clients via the human interaction that is at the heart of (COMPANY NAME)'s client experience. F&B Advisors combine strong aesthetic instincts with deep product knowledge and mastery of (COMPANY NAME)'s beauty portfolio. Connecting with clients to create a unique and memorable experience forms the basis of solid and lasting relationships that engender Brand loyalty and trust, as both the F&B Advisor and client journey together into theworld of (COMPANY NAME) fragrance & beauty, a journey that celebrates a shared passion for the iconic products and history of the House.

* Being familiar with the brand's digital strategy and market trends and playing an active role in providing a seamless omnichannel experience to clients
* Being responsible for the development of the client file and the development of client loyalty in order to prolong the (COMPANY NAME) experience after the visit to the Boutique
* Carrying out make-up flashes
* Carrying out make-up/fragrance animations with the clients
* Being co-responsible for the proper maintenance of the Boutique in accordance with the established rules
* Being a core driver of business growth by directly contributing to company performance through generating sales and improving operational efficiency.
* Actively participating in morning briefings and offering feedback and proposals
* Contributing to operational activities in the back-office
* Contributing to the development of the business by reaching sales objectives, using all available levers such as products, services and data capture to recruit and retain clients
* Having adequate knowledge of the procedures to ensure the smooth running of the Boutique
* Establishing qualitative reports for the Boutique Manager
* Managing client information collection to enable excellent clienteling
* Sharing best practices with the team, demonstrating dynamism and contributing to the collective knowledge and skills
