- Customer quotation, cost collection and support for margin calculation
- Customer orders processing, preparation and delivery of order’s confirmation
- Delivery dates monitoring, management criticalities
- Release for customer material shipment
- Payments monitoring, overdue claim
- Non conformity filing and management
- Internal reporting and external on customer’s portals
- New customer and new item card creation
Your profile Backoffice OE Sales (m/f/d):
- 2+ years of proven experience in back-office activities
- Fluent English language written and spoken; German language is considered a plus
- Database management
- Diploma or Bachelor degree in economics or communication
- SAP or similar knowledge
- MS Office complete package
- Attitude to interpersonal relationship and team work
