Backoffice Intern - Fashion Design Department

Context and Purpose of the job 
You will join the Woman’s Fashion Design Department and, in particular, you will be part of the Woman’s Accessories (Bijoux and Textile Accessories) team of the brand Giorgio Armani.
As a Backoffice Intern, you will get the chance to support the team in coordinating the collections and organizing daily office activities.
 
Responsibilities

• Backoffice management and support in organizing daily office activities
• Support in managing relationships with suppliers, managing orders and samples
• Support in product control: product codes and description
• Drafting of documents/reports

 
Requirements
          Must Have Skills

• Excellent knowledge of the Office Suite
• Fluent both in Italian and English
• Precision and orientation to details 

          Nice to have skills 

• Previous experience as a Backoffice Assistant
• Interest in the sector
• Excellent ability to work in team
